We encourage families to drop-off/pick up their campers. We’d love to meet you and have you see our beautiful camp!

Drop Off Time: 10AM - 4PM

Camper pick-ups by vehicle are best done in the morning hours, between 9 am and noon on departure day.

Arrive By Flight

Please be mindful when booking flights of the potential impact on your camper and the camp staff of early morning or late night arrivals and departures. For instance, a 6am departure from Portland will require a 3:00 am wake up at camp. Please check flight times with the office prior to booking flights. 

We highly encourage that American campers fly into Portland, Maine (PWM).​

MTC will arrange airport service on the start/end dates of camp for campers arriving/departing using Portland International Jetport (PWM) for $100.00 (round trip).

We also offer airport service from Boston Logan International (BOS) for $400.00 (round trip). For campers arriving on international flights into Boston Logan airport, on flights arriving after 12:00 noon, we require arrival on the day before camp starts (this allows campers to rest before camp starts, and will allow campers on late-arriving international flights to be in camp and ready for 4 pm on the starting date of the session). Please do not book early morning or late night flights into or out of Boston. 

Please note, international arrivals one day prior is only authorized for airport pickups, not parent drop-offs. If you are traveling with your camper and dropping them off at camp, please do so during our advertised session date of either June 23rd or July 20th.
