Families are responsible for their own travel to/from camp on designated start/end dates of camp. Please adhere to these dates. If you have difficulties and would like to discuss alternate dates, we may be able to accommodate. There will be a surcharge of $150 each way for any travel date that does not adhere to our start/end dates of camp.
Please note that camp will “start” at approximately 4 pm on the starting date of each session. Travel should be planned to make sure your camper is at MTC prior to 4 pm. (This is a NEW policy for 2016).
All families are required to submit transportation details via the online Travel Form here
MTC will arrange airport service on start/end dates of camp for campers arriving/departing using Portland International Jetway (PWM) for $50.00 (round trip).
We also offer airport service from Boston Logan International (BOS) for $250.00 (round trip). For campers arriving on international flights into Boston Logan airport, on flights arriving after 12:00 noon, we require arrival on the day before camp starts (this allows campers to rest before camp starts, and will allow campers on late-arriving international flights to be in camp and ready for 4 pm on the starting date of the session). We encourage families to drop-off/pick-up their campers. We’d love to meet you and have you see our beautiful camp! Standard drop off time is between 12:00 noon – 4pm on arrival day (unless otherwise requested by our Travel Director). Camper pick-ups by vehicle are best done in the morning hours, after 9am of departure day.
