Staff Training

All applicants must be willing to commit to our Staff Training Week. During this time, we prepare staff to work with our teens by covering several areas; we look at teen issues and how to deal with various situations using role play, lectures, and discussion methods. We use work projects as a way of getting to know each other and preparing our camp for opening day. It is highly recommended and expected that all staff attend our Staff Training Week activities. Only with prior permission from the Directors is it possible to arrive late to Staff Training Week. Please contact us for dates of Staff Week.
