Application Information

If your application is what we may be looking for, we will contact you to arrange a time to speak with you for an interview. International staff are previously interviewed by staff agencies. Once successfully hired, you will receive additional forms which must be completed and returned to the camp office before you arrive. You will also have access to our staff training manual before camp. Periodically you will receive mail from us including any bulletins or newsletters that keep you informed and connected about your summer job at camp! In addition, our new staff will also be given a copy of our Staff Training Manual to read prior to the summer.

If you would like to be considered for a staff position this summer, you should meet the following criteria:
  1. You have completed at least one year of post-secondary education.
  2. You must be available for employment from June to the end of August.
  3. You have submitted a complete Staff Application online below or by mail/fax.
  4. If a US citizen/resident, you have submitted the Maine Teen Camp Staff Declaration and Staff Disclosure by mail/fax. These cannot be completed online and can be submitted after the interview process.
  5. You have submitted 3 standard Staff Reference forms (obtained below).
