Pre-Camp Packet
Pre-Camp Packet includes several very important documents that you will need to complete and send back to us in preparation for camp. You have two options to obtain the required documents:
Request a hard copy of the Pre-Camp Packet by emailing the office.
The Pre-Camp Packet contains the following information:
- General Information
- Statement of Camp Policies
- Camper Contract**
- Money at Camp
- Medical Form**
- Travel Form
- Camper Profile**
- Trips and Options
- White Water Release Form
- Credit Card Authorization
- Packing List
** Indicates that these are considered REQUIRED documents that MUST be received by the camp office before session begins.
